Apps are the core elements of the ENTARENA platform displaying important data points of a business context. The Apps are connected to company internal IT products, Software as a Service offerings or enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM solutions.
Furthermore external sources providing valuable business information can be brought with just a couple of clicks into ENTARENA. For example, users can monitor updates about a competitor or customer via a news or Twitter App.
When the user sees information that requires further attention, he/she is able to communicate directly around the information displayed in the App, i.e. “communicating in context”. The user simply clicks on the relevant information and opens up a communication channel with the relevant stakeholders. ENTARENA offers multiple communication formats (private, open discussion, announcements).
